The Adult Basic Education (ABE) program at Robert Morgan Educational Center and Technical College is designed to expand educational opportunities for adults who need to strengthen their English literacy skills to support effective citizenship and meaningful employment. The program is delivered through a combination of computer-based instruction and teacher-led stand-up classroom teaching to accommodate diverse learning styles.
